Vulnerabilities Custom CSV Export

While exporting vulnerabilities as CSV, there are a few fields which will be present by default in the exported file (fixed fields) and there are a few fields which you can select if they have to be present in the exported file or not (customisable fields). By default all the customizable fields will be included in the exported file.

The fixed fields are as follows:

The customizable fields are as follows:

  • Asset Type
  • Affected Asset Name

Usage Flow Instructions:

  • Navigate to 'Vulnerabilities' page.
  • Click on 'Actions' > 'Vulnerabilities CSV Report'.



  • Now you will be presented with the option to select/exempt any customizable fields as shown below.



  • Toggle the options based on your requirement and if you do not want to include any customizable fields in the exported file, you have the option to toggle out all the customizable fields. It is also possible to choose the order in which the customizable fields get exported by dragging and dropping the columns in the order you need them.

 

Creating Presets

If you need to export specific fields, instead of choosing the fields multiple times you can save the fields that you need to export by using the Presets option.

  • Select the fields that you need to export.
  • Click on 'Export'.
  • You will be presented with the option to save the preset.
  • Enter the name of the preset and click on 'Confirm'.

  • The next time you need to export a report in the same format, you can choose that preset from the dropdown while exporting the report.
